Only 1% or less actually achieve financial freedom That means 99% of people are living in an illusion I you ask me what would they do if I gave them 10 million how will they be used in life I promise 2~8 million will be spent soon Motivation is not the antidote, it is the disease I think the first step is to parse out your own shame, guilt and reasons why you are unworthy Because a lot of people beat themselves up Whenever you set a goal that doesn't align with your highest values, you give up and fail to achieve it The result is self-defeating and starting to wonder what's wrong with me First, you want to find out what you have accomplished in life and how it has benefited you and others, and then remove the shame and guilt Then you want to sit down and ask yourself what to do because you can't get rich unless you serve others If you're not committed to serving people, you're just fantasizing about
"wealth"
You have to make sure you have value to serve people You have to value wealth Because if you don't value wealth, you'll spend it If you care more about spending than saving, investing it will slowly leave you Because money always flows from those who value it least to those who value it most So you must focus on building wealth over spending! You must value serving others over taking! You have to commit to something that truly aligns with your values or you won't last! Otherwise you won't build momentum and perseverance to accomplish your goals Those who automatically save and keep learning and researching do so because they value building wealth Warren Buffett had read all of the Nebraska Library books on building wealth when he was about 11 years old He is committed to results; those who are committed to building wealth they learn, research, instruct and apply They have a savings and investment structure They keep trying to serve people and have long-lasting business relationships The truth is that everyone has their own priorities and values, the most important to the least important things in life They become the strongest and most effective people whenever they set goals that match the highest values And this is their most grateful, resilient, self-motivated and fulfilling life.
Whenever they live with lower values, try to inject other people's values or minimize their own, live in a lower value system They procrastinate, hesitate, get frustrated, and then they become victims of their own lives, unable to make decisions about their lives You refer to how other people enrich their lives You refer to how they spend their time You refer to where they motivate and focus You refer to where they are most organized You refer to where they spend the most money You refer to what brings them the most energy You refer to what they think, focus on, affirm and talk about the most That matches what they're doing in life with reference to how others are motivated,
What their goals are, and what they like to learn If you blindly refer to other people's practices, it will limit the things you would have given, that you can't wait to do right away every morning When anyone sets goals and plans that align with their highest values .
They are most likely to be self-motivated and get up early in the morning to execute So if you pay attention to the industrialists who are doing things, those who find out what makes the most sense for them They find the "work tap dance" energy, as Buffett describes them In addition to this, an industrialist must also find out what the highest values of their target market are Ensuring that the services they provide are tailored to the specific needs of their customers So decide your own values and decide what the values of the people you want to serve is essential because you have to find things that serve people and are meaningful to you If you find both, you get your niche!
Now you find something you want to get up early in the morning and execute And it's what other people want and your life will be fulfilled Because everyone has their own priorities and values whenever they live in accordance with their highest values What the ancient Greeks called "TELOS" is the highest priority in life What Napoleon Hill called "prime" or Edd Helson's "grand obsession", or "big questions" That highest value is the most meaningful and purposeful thing for them, and that is the purpose! When you perform, you have the highest resilience, the most adaptable to pain and stress When you do things that are lower in your values, those are less motivated and fulfill those things Do those things and you'll procrastinate The reason is that you are not very happy to do those things, you will give up! So the point is that whatever you do is the highest priority and most meaningful to you, so you don't give up!
You are resilient and embrace the pain and joy of pursuing great goals If you don't live by the highest values you are willing to do and you want to give up because of pain, you will have to be motivated all the time This differs from incentives in that Those who are motivated live in the highest values And those who do not find the highest values and must live in the lower values through motivation Must be sustained through motivation, but only by willingness Our animal instincts need motivation, but our true nature, our nature as human beings those that activate the brain end, the part of the brain that is responsible for execution the part that lets you execute and be a leader Beyond Pain - The Instinctive Amygdala Response of the Lower Animals of Stress Allows us to function beyond the functions of the lower self Enables us to embrace pain and joy and face challenges and ease difficulties Any opposition you face, you adjust so If you expect to float between two buildings that is an unrealistic expectation! Or if you expect to do something that doesn't really fit with your high values and doesn't make sense to you,
You'll be inclined to give up! or expect others to do things that are not in accordance with the laws of the universe Or expect them to live outside of their own values Because in the stakes, anyone will make a decision based on whether they have the best interest or not their highest value relative to risk So when you expect yourself to do things that don't make sense to you It sounds like a real thought at first, but it's not the real you You will end up in self-defeating, in so-called ABCD negative effects A: Inner anger and impulsiveness/B: Guilt and betrayal C: Inner attack and challenge D: Inner Depression and Melancholy These are the ABCD negative benefits you will have in your mind Some people call it "negative self-talk" and "negative self-behavior" It's actually a feedback mechanism that ensures that we set realistic expectations that match our true values And we know it's real if we see it inside We see the strategy, we know the steps to execute It is achievable!
That's the key! When you have realistic expectations, you will continually strive to demonstrate results The smartest thing to do is to start with simple goals to fulfill and train yourself on what you promised If you train yourself to live up to your promises Your little piggy bank will turn into a big account Your small actions will make big dreams come true Plus if you live with your highest values you are most likely to achieve and you will not give up on your goals If you set goals that are consistent, meaningful to you, and you break them down into small enough chews You'll keep doing them, and you'll keep getting rewarded by completing the steps right awayYou'll finally be able to show results because you're getting better So I always suggest that if you have a certain deadline or horizon, break the big plan into small pieces to chew on. You will achieve it! You will last long If you persevere toward your goal, take it every day as a goal toward you Everyone else will lose in the end and you're at the top as long as you hold on Procrastination is the result of three main reasons: 1.
Illusions of ambiguity 2. The unchewed illusion: that is, you don't turn it into small pieces to chew but are too big to finish 3. It doesn’t match your highest values If you are sure that your goal is to follow the laws of the universe, then it is feasible You make sure it is linked to your highest values and you know that you can find reasons why you can do it and how it can help you to achieve the task smoothly Because smooth, can be consistent Then basically you make sure to chunk it into small execution steps until you prove that you can micromanage it through micromanagement That means you're doing it every day like a baby If I do this, I'm one step closer If I do the same the next day,
I'm one step closer Break it down into small steps If you do so, you won't procrastinate Procrastination means you're not chewing it, not connecting it, and not articulating it I think it's just an illusion that people think they want to stay positive! It's like a magnet has two sides, you have two sides, the more you set your fantasy on one side When the facts don't match the fantasy, the more disappointed you are I am a pragmatic person who sets realistic goals and achieves them in a balance-oriented, realistic time frame Instead of setting unrealistic fantasies and causing nightmares the principle behind the Law of Attraction isn't actually an abstract philosophy, it's actually something I want to pursue If you're a woman taking care of three beautiful little children and you walk into the mall Something you'll notice is about little kids Merchandise you won't notice about commerce But if you're an industrialist, when you walk into a mall, you notice something about business.
You don't pay attention to things about little kids that means whatever is most important to you, whatever is your highest value whatever your actual goals and inspirations You'll filter out your reality, you'll see opportunities in it, you'll make quicker choices Because you have this awareness, you become more attached to those things in those areas Then you'll notice more of those things at the same time So a lot of the secret is that it happens automatically when those things align with your highest values. So properly set consistent goals and then chew into small pieces and follow the steps and sequence to do it With amazing synchronicity, vision, affirmation, things are consistent In the end that consistency created their reality So I believe it's not so much a metaphysics as it is an axiology based on the human value system
